Renate Haybäck
Austrian Cuisine
Renate Haybäck teaches the historical introduction to the Austrian Cuisine course and coordinates the academic component of the class. Dr. Haybäck holds a Ph.D. in History and English Studies from the University of Salzburg. She teaches at a local college preparatory school and has lectured at Salzburg College for many years.
